It contains the supplied guide, configuration reference, coding-agent briefs, example tools and educational evidence. It is not a hosted application, finished trading bot, brokerage account, investment service or subscription. Model weights and upstream software are acquired separately. No future updates are included or promised. 2. PERSONAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE USE Upon a valid purchase, the publisher grants the individual purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, store and use publisher-owned materials for their own personal education, research and builds. You may keep personal backups, print a copy for yourself and modify the supplied examples for your own personal use. Commercial use, team-wide use and use on behalf of clients require separate written permission. You may provide relevant portions to a coding agent acting for you solely to make your personal build, subject to that provider's terms and privacy settings. This is not permission to publish the package, add it to a shared prompt library, make it publicly retrievable or supply it for a reusable third-party training dataset. Do not upload credentials or other people's confidential information. The publisher does not claim ownership of your independently authored code or other independently created outputs. 3. NO REDISTRIBUTION You may not resell, share, sublicense, transfer, publicly post, upload to a shared repository, distribute through a course or membership, or otherwise give others access to the publisher-owned ebook, prompts, configuration catalog, example tools, artwork or their modified copies. Do not remove attribution, risk disclosures or notices from personal copies. Restrictions apply only to the extent of the publisher's rights and applicable law; they do not remove statutory exceptions or restrict third-party rights described below. 4. NO SUPPORT OF ANY KIND This is a self-service purchase. No support of any kind is included or promised: no installation assistance, debugging, technical or trading advice, configuration reviews, calls, community access, compatibility fixes, maintenance, updates or response-time commitment. A coding agent, broker or hosting provider is not support supplied by the publisher. Any non-excludable obligations concerning purchase delivery, defects, refunds or consumer rights remain unaffected. 5. AS-IS; NO FINANCIAL OUTCOME PROMISED To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the materials and examples are sold as-is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or any financial result. You must independently review and test any generated application and its integrations. No statement guarantees that a configuration, forecast, risk limit or stop will avoid losses. These terms do not exclude liability or warranties that law does not permit to be excluded. The exclusions and cap in section 10 apply only as stated there and subject to its exceptions. Express product-description commitments and mandatory remedies remain unaffected. 6. EDUCATIONAL USE; SIMULATED RESULTS The package is technical education, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice and not a recommendation to transact. It does not assess suitability. Account figures are recorded paper-account observations, not actual investment returns. Simulated and retrospective results have material limitations and do not predict real results. Strategies, data, execution, fees and configuration differ among users. The recorded roughly $40,000 trough is unreconciled and is not established as a war-caused realized loss. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS AND COSTS These restrictions apply to publisher-owned materials, not rights independently granted by third parties. Upstream Kronos source is separately licensed; its MIT license is not replaced by this personal-use license. Other source, model weights, data, dependencies and services retain their own terms. Raw facts are not claimed as exclusive property. Third-party components and credentials are not included merely because the guide discusses them. Hosting, data, broker access and optional APIs may cost extra, including during paper trading. 8. DELIVERY, REFUNDS AND MANDATORY RIGHTS Files are supplied digitally through the payment-confirmed download page. The link permits up to five downloads within 72 hours of first file access. Keep your own backup. For failed delivery, a defective or misdescribed download, an expired purchase link or a legally required remedy, contact support@forgemesh.io with your receipt or order reference. Never send broker credentials. The seller will address purchase-delivery failures and legally required remedies; this is not installation, coding or investment support. No additional voluntary change-of-mind refund program is offered. This does not limit any cancellation, refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, payment dispute or other remedy required by applicable law or binding payment-provider requirements. Digital content is not automatically non-refundable merely because it has been downloaded. Where you expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge loss of an applicable cancellation right once supply begins, delivery may begin before that cancellation period ends to the extent allowed by law. This affects only an applicable change-of-mind cancellation right; rights concerning defective or misdescribed content and other mandatory remedies remain unaffected. The purchase confirmation records that request and acknowledgment. If that consent is not established, no loss of cancellation rights is asserted on that basis. 9. PURCHASE NOTICE, ACCEPTANCE AND VERSION Before payment, the seller presents these product-specific terms and requires affirmative agreement. The order records the terms edition and purchased product edition; a copy accompanies the purchase. Later website edits do not automatically amend a completed purchase. Payment alone, reading a file, or a hash without a corresponding acceptance record is not asserted as proof of agreement. Purchase agreement is separate from optional marketing consent. No educational or as-is label guarantees legal classification or immunity from claims. 10. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS AND PRIORITY These terms govern this ebook and educational build-package purchase from GSD Contracts LLC / ForgeMesh. If they conflict with general ForgeMesh website terms, these product-specific terms control for this purchase, including its liability, support, delivery and refund provisions. General terms for separately purchased services do not expand this purchase. Third-party licenses and mandatory rights remain unaffected. The purchase does not include paid Kronos MCP or signal services or authorize live-account management. No future changes to general website terms impose new obligations on an earlier purchase.
