No future updates are included or promised. 2. PERSONAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE USE Upon a valid purchase, the publisher grants the individual purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, store and use publisher-owned materials for their own personal education, research and builds. You may keep personal backups, print a copy for yourself and modify the supplied examples for your own personal use. Commercial use, team-wide use and use on behalf of clients require separate written permission. You may provide relevant portions to a coding agent acting for you solely to make your personal build, subject to that provider's terms and privacy settings. This is not permission to publish the package, add it to a shared prompt library, make it publicly retrievable or supply it for a reusable third-party training dataset. Do not upload credentials or other people's confidential information. The publisher does not claim ownership of your independently authored code or other independently created outputs. 3. NO REDISTRIBUTION You may not resell, share, sublicense, transfer, publicly post, upload to a shared repository, distribute through a course or membership, or otherwise give others access to the publisher-owned ebook, prompts, configuration catalog, example tools, artwork or their modified copies. Do not remove attribution, risk disclosures or notices from personal copies. Restrictions apply only to the extent of the publisher's rights and applicable law; they do not remove statutory exceptions or restrict third-party rights described below. 4. NO SUPPORT OF ANY KIND This is a self-service purchase. No support of any kind is included or promised: no installation assistance, debugging, technical or trading advice, configuration reviews, calls, community access, compatibility fixes, maintenance, updates or response-time commitment. A coding agent, broker or hosting provider is not support supplied by the publisher. Any non-excludable obligations concerning purchase delivery, defects, refunds or consumer rights remain unaffected. 5. AS-IS; NO FINANCIAL OUTCOME PROMISED To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the materials and examples are sold as-is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or any financial result. Raw facts are not claimed as exclusive property. Third-party components and credentials are not included merely because the guide discusses them. Hosting, data, broker access and optional APIs may cost extra, including during paper trading. 8. REFUNDS AND MANDATORY RIGHTS Any refunds are governed by the applicable checkout platform's policy disclosed at purchase and mandatory law. No additional voluntary refund program is promised by this document. These terms do not waive a statutory cancellation right, required remedy or non-excludable consumer protection. The seller must identify the applicable platform policy at checkout; a general statement here does not create a platform policy or waive required disclosures. 9.
